Lake Sherwood Project Part II: Living Room
Last week we revealed this casual boho entryway after My Domaine featured our Lake Sherwood Project on their site. We're so excited to bring you Part II of the reveal, this time with our favorite space in the house! As we mentioned in Part I, this was a dream project for us because the client was so trusting! Their only request? Cool, casual and inviting with boho vibes for their coastal inspired living room. Here's how we did it:
Floor to ceiling windows cover an entire wall with sweeping canyon views, so we wanted to make sure that was the focal point of the room. This open floor plan living room was a huge space to design. Because the space lacked solid walls to design around, we anchored the spacious seating area on this gorgeous rug. Double sofas, these gorgeous mid-century inspired chairs, a console table with a touch of metallic and these lamps for cozy lighting allow for ample seating. Functionality is always our priority at Lindsey Brooke Design, so we doubled up on this coffee table to provide maximum surface area for entertaining.
