Living + Dining Room: Brentwood Project

Our 6,000 SF Brentwood project is the perfect home for entertaining, and our clients make the very best hosts. Their formal living room and dining room needed to have ample seating as they constantly have guests – in fact, they host so often, there was an entire kindergarten class at the house while we were installing. Literally! That house has so much joy in it, it was so fun to be a part of it.

In the living room, we went with a a high-performance fabric on the sofa with clean, minimal lines to add a level of sophistication while maintaining durability and resisting stains. Since this is the most formal room in the house, we opted for the Samsung Frame TV to always look like art in the space when it’s not in use. To add a pop of color and an elevated cool vibe, we customized the beautiful woven accent chairs in a bold blue so they look beautiful from the front or back as you enter the space.

In the adjacent dining room, the need for entertaining space continued. Our clients wanted to make sure their entire family could join them around the table, so we opted for a 10 foot long custom dining table. This is the most sophisticated space in the home, so we kept in neutral and focused on amazing pieces with interesting shapes and texture like the cane backed dining chairs. The amazing statement lighting draws the light up and helps balance the massive table. To add another layer of dimension, we float mounted beautiful artwork in acrylic shadow boxes for the final focal point in the space.
